What’s this 200% guarantee about?

We want you to be so happy with our service that you’d gladly recommend us to a friend, that’s why we offer a 200% guarantee!

What that means is, if you’re not happy after a clean, we’ll come out and make it right with a free clean! If after that you’re still not happy, we’ll give you a full refund.

How much will it cost?

Price is always calculated on a job by job basis, simply because all jobs are unique!

We can give you a rough quote if you fill out the contact form here. The price we quote will be confirmed on arrival and you’ll be able to confirm if you’d like to go ahead.

I have a commercial / non-residential property, can you clean that too?

Absolutely, we’re both residential AND commercial window cleaners in Cardiff.

We can clean restaurants, shops, pubs, bars, clubs, hotels, b+bs, offices, supermarkets, schools, apartment blocks, churches, nursing homes, leisure centers, factories, etc.

Do I need to be present when you clean? Or, can I be present when you clean?

No you don’t need to be present, but if you want to be, of cause you can!

Normally it’s a good idea that for the first clean you’re around, so you can show us all the windows you want cleaned, but after that we can do the work without you even being there.

We’ll always post a note through the letterbox to let you know we’ve been and if requested can send you a reminder the day before or on the actual day, so you know we’re coming!

If you’re not around, we’ll need to make arrangements to make sure we can access all the windows you want cleaned. But we can discuss this in more detail while doing the first clean.

Are you insured?

You bet!

To provide both you and us with peace of mind, we’ve taken out Public Liability insurance which covers us up to £5 million.

It’s worth noting that we’ve never had to put in a claim! (But it’s there just in case!)

Do you cover my area?

Are you in South Wales? Because if you are, then we probably cover your area.

We cover all of Cardiff.

And we also cover, Newport, Caerphilly, Penarth, Barry, Pontypridd and like we say, most of South Wales!

What payment methods do you accept?

To make it easy on you we accept multiple payment methods, such as cash, online payments or standing orders.

For clients who have been with us for a while, we can also accept cheques or payments in the post.

Is the price you quote me a fixed quote?

Pretty much! But it is worth mentioning that it’s not set in stone.

The quote we give via the contact form is a rough quote based on the information you give us.

Sometimes this quote changes if information was left out of the enquiry, or we misunderstood what work was required.

We will confirm the price on arrival and you’ll be able to confirm if you’d like to go ahead or not.

Also, sometimes this means the price is less! Yes, we really will lower the price if we’ve quoted you too high. We want you to come away from our work happy with what you’ve got and that means giving you a fair price. Something where we make enough money to be profitable, but at the same time doesn’t cost you more then it should.

Do you also (insert service here!)?

We often get asked if we provide any other cleaning services other then window cleaning. The answer is, yes we do!

We provide services like pressure washing, gutter cleaning, conservatory cleaning, office cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning and more!

Can I specify the day for cleaning?

Yes and no!

If it’s a one off clean, we’ll work with you to find a day and time that best suits you, from the time slots we have available!

For the people who are getting more regular cleans, we usually try to hit one particularly area within a day. For instance Monday might be Adamsdown, Tuesday might be Butetown, Wednesday might be the Bay, etc.

This saves us from having to travel all around town, going from job to job.

However, if there’s a particular reason why you can’t fit into our schedule, then no worries, we’ll try our best to fit our services around you!

If there’s bad weather such as snow or thunderstorms, we may have to rearrange, but it take’s really bad weather, not just a bit of rain!

Do you need to have parking nearby?

It sure helps, but if not don’t worry as most of our equipment is portable.

If you’re living on a street that requires parking permits please let us know, as it’s easier if we’re prepared for this!
